Adapted from 'Bullet-proof Coffee' using easier to source (and cheaper) ingredients.
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter Preferably from grass-fed cows
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup Brewed Coffee I use my favourite instant coffee, 2 tsp!
Add the coffee to the butter and coconut oil in a blender.
Whizz for about 30 seconds in the blender.
Pour and enjoy.
